- Terms of sale, shipping
Our goods are sold and delivered ex works, Poggibonsi, Italy. The merchandise becomes our client's property the moment we successfully run the credit card charge.
We will NOT ship any goods on our behalf, yet we kindly ask our customers to pick it up themselves.
Of course we can recommend you a reliable shipping company and provide you with all necessary contacts and paperworks. Prices quoted on this site include shipping to your building or residence entrance door, should you use the shipper recommended by us. - Shipping damage
- Return policy
In case you should not be satisfied with any item received from us, for whatever reason, please notify us within seven days after its receipt by e-mail or phone call.
We will provide you with a return adress and refund you upon receipt of goods. There will be no restocking fees.We will only refund goods that are returned undamaged in their original (or equivalent) packagings.
- Payment mode
We accept VISA / Mastercard and process your order on receipt of the credit card information. The cards aren't charged, but when we hand your goods to your shipping company.

We provide a five year limited warranty on our furniture for all faults in manufacturing or material. Within this time we will substitute any defect part, or if this should not be possible, the whole item at no charge.
If the goods are delivered damaged, please do not sign for receipt, tell the carrier to return them back to us! If the packaging is only slightly damaged, note this on the delivery receipt when you sign.
If the goods are subsequently found to be damaged, have the shipper pick them up and we will happily have new goods to be delivered ASAP.
All goods are fully insured against damage, theft and loss.
We do not take any responsibility for additional transaction fees your bank and/or credit card company may assess for the charge. We recommend using a debit or check card rather than a credit card in order to avoid such fees and currency fluctuations.
